A 2020 exhibit at the NY Historical Society "Women March" celebrated the centennial of the 19th Amendment, which granted women the right to vote in 1920.

Courage. Resilience. Determination. We celebrate Women’s History Month and honor those who were fearless enough to stand up, use their voices, and make history. Organizer, picketer, voter and change-maker, these women have used their collective power to inspire others and activate change.
From Seneca Falls to the White House, women have marched for equal treatment for over a century. This month, we pay homage to those trail blazers who paved the way so we could march on.
